Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

Scrubs and Name tags are required (name tags will be at the nurses station when you arrive). The front door code is *111. Go to nurses' station one. Ensure all charting is completed prior to leaving the facility, or you will be required to return to complete it. I look forward to working with you.
If you must cancel a shift, you must do so using the app so Nursa is aware. After canceling your shift on the app, please call the facility if you are canceling the shift within 24 hours of the shift start time to alert the administrator.
