Responsibilities might include:

- Provide patient care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Document patient care and maintain health records
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Listen to patients, comfort them, and communicate any relevant information to supervisors
- Observe, record, and report changes in a patient’s condition to supervisors
- Collaborate with the rest of the healthcare team
- Maintain safety standards and infection control procedures
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures

If you have questions, are running late, or need to call off please contact the building at (208) 377-1900 and ask for the weekend RN. Upon arrival, ring the doorbell if no one is at the door. Proceed to the time clock, located to the right around the wall of reception; assignments will be posted behind it. I will provide your time clock ID as soon as possible. If you haven't received it by your first shift, please check in with the unit nurse when you arrive, during lunch (which is mandatory unless otherwise approved), and when you leave. I will also send you your PCC charting login. If you experience any issues, IT support number is(800)275-5222. Please ensure all charting is completed before the end of your shift. Be sure to give report to oncoming staff, and let unit nurse know when you are leaving the building. Thank you, and I hope you have a great shift!
