Increase Your Income with High-Paying PRN Jobs in Sandy

LPN jobs are needed desperately all over the nation, and Sandy, Utah, is no different. According to the United States of Health and Human Services (HHS), Sandy, Utah, has been hit just as severely as other significant cities citing that the new strategies focus on higher education, enrollments, and retention of unique and highly qualified licensed practical nurses (LPNs). In fact, all of Utah has been hit hard by COVID-19 and now Monkeypox, which significantly increases the staffing shortages of LPNs in the Utah state.

Average LPN Salary in Sandy, Utah

According to the United States Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the current median salary for a full-time LPN is around $325 a day. This statistic is based on a full-time employee, not a PRN shift employee. PRN LPNs usually make a considerable amount more because the LPN is filling a shift that would otherwise go unfulfilled, thus costing hospitals and healthcare facilities unnecessary losses in profits. The BLS goes on in a report for the nation saying that the prediction for nurses altogether is expected to rise to 52% and salaries falling in place for increases. Thus, making a career choice in nursing, especially an LPN degree, is a safe, secure, and very promising career choice.
