As a Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Health Aide, you will provide direct, routine care to the client in the comfort of their home. Under a care plan and supervision from an RN Case Manager, you’ll help the client live with dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene and grooming
  • Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Aid with mobility and basic physical exercises
  • Provide routine housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Monitor and report changes in client’s conditions or home environment

About Required Healthcare License:
