The healthcare workforce founder will share how AI-built software is helping Nursa move faster for the facilities and clinicians it serves.
Curtis Anderson, founder and CEO of Nursa, the leading workforce management platform for healthcare, will take the stage at Thesis 2027, Every’s inaugural conference on human work after automation, on Nov. 5 at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn.
Sharing his insights alongside some of the most influential names in AI and tech, including leaders from OpenAI, Notion, The Atlantic and Sequoia, Anderson will speak to how “vibe coding” is changing the way Nursa builds.
In his Thesis statement published on the event’s website, he describes how Nursa’s VP of product used Lovable to build working software for an entirely new business line in a single day, an idea that had sat on the company’s list for more than a year. When the person closest to a problem can build the solution directly, Anderson argues, nothing gets lost between the idea and the customer. At the event, Anderson will explore how Nursa is shifting to make a builder-led approach the norm, enabling the company to turn what it hears from healthcare facilities and clinicians into working tools faster.
“Nurses and healthcare organizations are being pressured to become more agile, working faster with less,” said Anderson. “It’s high time our industry demands the same of the tools it uses. By leveraging the latest AI offerings, Nursa is scaling bigger and faster to provide support for clinicians at every stage of their careers, while giving schedulers and facilities the tools they need to schedule smartly in seconds, pairing their critical expertise with platforms that work the way they do.”
Thesis 2027 will take place Thursday, Nov. 5, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and will gather 400 founders, executives and builders.
