We’re excited to announce that our founder and CEO, Curtis Anderson, was named 2024 CEO of the Year by Utah Business. Anderson shares the award with 24 other leaders across a variety of industries.

Under Anderson’s guidance, Nursa has made waves in the healthcare staffing industry, bringing efficiency to the staffing process, flexibility and empowerment to nurses and nursing assistants, adaptability and practicality to healthcare facilities, and qualified nursing care to patients in need across the US.

How Does Anderson Define Success?

A thought leader who has established himself as someone comfortable with leveraging technology to implement adaptable solutions to problems, Anderson is also refreshingly grounded. When asked about his leadership style, Anderson shared that purpose, curiosity, and tenacity are his core tenets.

When asked how to define success, he replied with the following:

“Success isn’t about securing investors or achieving rapid growth but rather the lasting impact we create on the problem we set out to solve: getting a nurse to the bedside of every patient in need.”
