Responsibilities might include:

• Provide high quality daily patient care such as helping with  bathing, eating and personal hygiene
• Serves meals to residents in the dining room, can assist in making those meals 
• Helps residents participate in daily activities, be social, and increase their mental health 
•  Assists patients with medication delivery in accordance to company policy and physicians orders
• Maintains records for patients according to company policy
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients 
• Knows location of each patient under their care 
• Encourages teamwork with cooperative actions with team members

Qualifications:

• A current Caregiver license
• BLS and CPR certification
• Experience in specialty depending on the job
• Additional Items and requirements will be covered in the onboarding process
